Shipping Policy

 

Shipping within Australia

We would like to be able to offer our products to you wherever you are located. However due to the nature of batteries, some restrictions DO apply.  We use courier services which typically take 2-10 business days for delivery.  You will be provided with a tracking number once the item has been shipped where you can track your item in real time.

 

Wet batteries (for example your typical car battery) are classified as dangerous goods and cannot be shipped by Post or Courier.

Local pick-up is available from our warehouse at Unit 7, 20 Enterprise Street, Cleveland, QLD.  If you add a product to cart and there is only an option for local pick-up, this means the product selected for purchase is not able to be shipped and is only available for local pick-up from our warehouse.

Dry batteries (including AGM and Lithium batteries) can be shipped by road only. Shipments will be handled through our online store.  We charge a flat rate for shipping which is shown on our online shop after an item is added to your cart.

 

International Shipping

Currently our online store can only ship domestically.


Shipping/Delivery Time Frame

 

We usually ship your order within the same day where possible.  In any case, we will complete shipments as soon as possible. In case an item is not available immediately we will let you know the estimated shipping date by email or phone. If the expected date is longer than indicated in our online shop you will have the option of cancelling the order for a full refund. Delivery time is 2 to 10 business days.

 

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email from us once your shipment has shipped.
